Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how NFC Investments, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company and SEC-registered investment adviser (“NFC Investments,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with your use of nfcinvestments.com (the “Site”). We collect minimal data, do not sell personal information, and do not use this Site to solicit or process client account information of any kind.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Scope and Limitations

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected through any other channel, including telephone communications, email correspondence, or client account relationships. Information collected in connection with NFC Investments’ investment advisory services is governed separately by the firm’s Regulation S-P Privacy Notice, which is provided directly to clients as required by applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

The Site does not include a contact form, account registration, subscription mechanism, or any other feature through which you may submit personal information. If you contact us directly by telephone or email, we will receive only the information you voluntarily provide in that communication.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical and usage information is collected automatically through Google Analytics, a web analytics service operated by Google LLC (“Google”). This information may include:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address (anonymized prior to storage)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages viewed and time spent on pages
  • General geographic location derived from anonymized IP address

This data is collected in aggregate form and is used solely to analyze Site traffic and performance. It does not identify you as an individual and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics places cookies on your device to facilitate the collection of usage data described in Section 2.2. Cookies are small text files stored locally on your device. The cookies used by Google Analytics do not contain personally identifiable information.

You may opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Doing so will not impair your ability to view or use this Site.

NFC Investments does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, session replay tools, or any third-party tracking technologies other than Google Analytics.

4. Use of Information

NFC Investments uses the automatically collected information described in Section 2.2 for the following limited purposes:

  • To measure and analyze Site traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate
  • To identify and address technical issues affecting Site performance
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of the Site over time

We do not use this information to identify individual visitors, to build user profiles, or for any marketing, advertising, or commercial purpose.

5. Disclosure of Information

NFC Investments does not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers. We share usage data with Google solely for the purpose of operating Google Analytics as described in this Policy. Google’s use of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy terms.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NFC Investments, its clients, or others.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information held by us may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Google Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics. Google may collect, process, and retain data in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms of service. NFC Investments does not control Google’s data collection or processing practices. 6.2 No Other Third-Party Integrations

Other than Google Analytics, the Site does not integrate with any third-party platforms, services, APIs, social media plugins, advertising networks, or data brokers.

7. Data Retention

Google Analytics retains the aggregated usage data described in Section 2.2 for a period of 26 months, in accordance with the retention settings we have configured within our Google Analytics account. NFC Investments does not independently store analytics data on its own servers.

Any personal information you provide through direct communication (telephone or email) is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, or as required by applicable federal or state law or regulation.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights with respect to personal information under applicable privacy law, including but not limited to:

  • The right to know what personal information, if any, we hold about you
  • The right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (NFC Investments does not sell personal information)
  • Rights available to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
  • Rights available to residents of the European Economic Area under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Because this Site collects minimal information and does not sell personal information, many of these rights have limited practical application in this context. To submit a privacy rights request, contact us using the information in Section 11.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13. NFC Investments does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through this Site, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

10. Security

NFC Investments implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic data storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us, and your use of the Site is at your own risk.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
